We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a well-established hospitality venue in scenic County Wicklow, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals looking for a long-term, full-time role across restaurant service and event catering, including a professional food truck for weddings, private events, and corporate functions.

Location: County Wicklow, Ireland
Relocation: Required
Housing: Private room available at €60 per week (all meals, utilities, and Wi-Fi included)
Salary: €15.00–€16.50 gross per hour (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Full-Time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing one or more kitchen stations (meat, fish, sauce, sauté, etc.)
  • Preparing and leading off-site events and food truck operations
  • Collaborating on menus, ingredient sourcing, and costing
  • Supporting, training, and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Maintaining HACCP, hygiene, and service standards

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience with à la carte and event catering
  • Strong knife skills, sauce work, and basic butchery
  • Flexible, creative, and a team player
  • Culinary qualification and up-to-date food safety certificate
