We are seeking an experienced Resort General Manager for a city resort with serviced apartments (no F&B outlets) in Paris, France.
Scope:
City resort with serviced apartments (no F&B outlets).
Key Profile:
- Experienced Rooms / Front Office Manager ready for a step-up, or an existing Resort / Hotel Manager with strong operational leadership.
- French required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational and financial management of the resort.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
- Quality assurance and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Accommodation: Provided
Compensation: Approx. EUR 50,000–55,000 + housing
