We are currently seeking a Breakfast & Food Truck Chef to join a well-established seaside hospitality venue in coastal County Wicklow, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals seeking a daytime-only, customer-facing role in a relaxed and professional environment.

Salary: €14.15 gross per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Weekends off | No evenings
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing breakfast and food truck menu items
- Coffee and hot beverage service (training provided)
- Providing customer service and supporting Front-of-House operations
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Setting up and operating the food truck for events and service
Requirements:
- Experience as Chef, Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, Food Truck Cook, or Kitchen Assistant
- Comfortable with basic cooking and food preparation
- Customer-facing, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn coffee preparation / barista skills
