We are seeking an experienced Cluster Resort Manager to lead the operations and performance of two resort properties, with the main base in the Algarve and cluster responsibility for an urban resort in Lisbon.
This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, ensuring consistency in guest experience, financial performance, and leadership development across both locations. The Algarve resort has been recently renovated and features more than 200 units, apartments, restaurant and bar, indoor and outdoor pools, sports facilities, and wellness infrastructure.

Profile required
- Senior hospitality leadership experience in resorts, hotels, or multi-property environments
- Proven ability to translate strategy into operational results
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Fluency in German or Italian required; Portuguese preferred
