Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising Front-of-House service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Leading, supporting, and coordinating waiting and bar staff
- Ensuring high service standards at all times
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Coordinating daily operations with kitchen and bar teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant / Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter / Waitress
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach to work
- Good level of English
- European Union / EEA passport or right to work in Ireland
